L&rsquo;une des ambulances de soins intensifs de Sderot \u00e9tait occup\u00e9e par le param\u00e9dic <\/span><b>Netanel Dahbash<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><b>David Azriel (Doudou)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l&rsquo;un des conducteurs les plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s de la station Magen David Adom de Sderot. Durant la nuit, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a trait\u00e9 un cas et est revenue \u00e0 la station vers 06h00. Un calme absolu r\u00e9gnait, une atmosph\u00e8re matinale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Les pens\u00e9es commencent \u00e0 se tourner vers la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 venir et le temps en famille pour Simhat Torah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soudain, des sir\u00e8nes ont d\u00e9chir\u00e9 le silence. M\u00eame pour les membres de Magen David Adom de Sderot, habitu\u00e9s aux alertes, cela \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s inhabituel \u2014 l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;avertissements pr\u00e9alables, l&rsquo;heure matinale et l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 des tirs incessants. Apr\u00e8s environ un quart d&rsquo;heure, ils sont sortis de l&rsquo;abri et ont entendu des coups de feu, <strong>\u00ab Nous ne savions pas exactement de quoi il s&rsquo;agissait, mais nous avons compris que quelque chose de tr\u00e8s inhabituel se produisait \u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Dahbash et Doudou \u2014 ainsi que d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipes de nuit et des \u00e9quipes suppl\u00e9mentaires arriv\u00e9es pour assurer le service du matin \u2014 ont tr\u00e8s vite compris qu&rsquo;ils op\u00e9raient sur un champ de bataille. Tout s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 rapidement. Un v\u00e9hicule est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 toute vitesse \u00e0 la station, crissement de freins, cris : <strong>\u00ab Il y a des terroristes \u00e0 Sderot ! \u00bb<\/strong> G\u00e9missements de douleur de bless\u00e9s et appels \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide. Tout se m\u00eale dans les souvenirs des membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le v\u00e9hicule se trouvait une personne gravement bless\u00e9e, touch\u00e9e par balles dans tout le corps \u2014 poitrine, abdomen, membres \u2014 les femmes et les hommes de Magen David Adom de Sderot comprennent qu&rsquo;il y a \u00e9galement des tirs \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la ville et pas seulement une \u00ab alerte rouge \u00bb. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils sortent le bless\u00e9 du v\u00e9hicule, ferment le portail d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la station et commencent \u00e0 prodiguer les soins. Des habitants de Sderot touch\u00e9s par balles sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;endroit qui symbolise pour eux la m\u00e9decine et le r\u00e9confort \u2014 la station Magen David Adom. Apr\u00e8s le premier bless\u00e9, d&rsquo;autres bless\u00e9s ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 affluer, v\u00e9hicule apr\u00e8s v\u00e9hicule, tous gravement atteints. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 ce stade, le param\u00e9dic <\/span><b>Amit Hanania<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 la station. Il a quitt\u00e9 son domicile \u00e0 Ashkelon et a miraculeusement \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 une confrontation avec les terroristes, tout comme le param\u00e9dic <\/span><b>Guiorgui Gouliak<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ils sont rejoints par les param\u00e9dics <\/span><b>Ariel<\/b> <b>Elbaz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><b>Hillel Kholodnenko<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ainsi que par les secouristes <\/span><b>Odelia Souissa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Yaniv Tayar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><b>Meir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils comprennent que cette fois la situation est diff\u00e9rente et \u00e9tablissent un poste de soins \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la station : dans la cuisine, une zone de traitement pour les bless\u00e9s ambulatoires,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et dans l&rsquo;abri, une zone de traitement pour les bless\u00e9s alit\u00e9s. Ils ont arr\u00eat\u00e9 les h\u00e9morragies, pans\u00e9 les plaies, administr\u00e9 des fluides et du plasma, mais ont compris que leurs bless\u00e9s devaient \u00eatre transport\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital pour que leurs vies soient sauv\u00e9es. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, ils voient le fourgon des terroristes passer dans les rues et commencent \u00e0 d\u00e9lib\u00e9rer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Avec un courage inimaginable, les \u00e9quipes de Magen David Adom ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en marche l&rsquo;ambulance blind\u00e9e et d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer les bless\u00e9s alors que les terroristes circulaient dans les rues de la ville.
